At the end of each job, we will send an invoice to the client via email or mail. The invoice will include a detailed breakdown of the services provided, the cost, and the date of the completion of the job. We offer a 30-day credit term, which means that the client has 30 days to pay the invoice from the date of the invoice. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or check. Please make sure to include the invoice number when making payment.
At Cheap Office Clearance, we understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment.
In the event of a cancellation or change with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
